I’ve been reading your blog for yonks now, I decided to get the Sales Success audio having read pretty much every blog post you’ve ever written and I was amazed at how I actually felt a lot more confident on the phones when I got into the office the next day.

I’ve spent a small fortune on sales books, audios and god knows what else over the years but your blog & audios are the only ones that *really* put me in the right mindset to do my job really well.

I’ve just started in recruitment and was finding that the decision makers I needed to speak to were either difficult to get hold of or really unreceptive to my pitch - coming at me with objection after objection and I would just mumble “er, OK sorry bye” and leave it at that!

The other day, the day after I got Sales Success, I spoke to 5 decision makers who bombarded me with objections again, but this time I overcame them, turned the conversation around and got a couple of meetings out of them.
